Returns

We endeavour to supply only the highest quality product and believe you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.

Your right to cancel

You have the right to change your mind and cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving it. If you return the product in its original condition (unused) including tags & packaging, we will refund you all the money which you have paid us for that product, or provide you with a same cost alternative if required. All you pay for is the return shipping of the goods.

Faulty or incorrectly supplied product

If you return an item to us that is found to be faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason which is our fault, we will refund you the cost of the product and also pay you the cost of the return shipping. You must return the faulty product within 28 days of receiving it.

In all cases, please follow the returns procedure outlined below in "How to return a product".

How to return a product

Please notify us before returning goods by (mail@kicks-store.com).
With the returned item please include your name, address and a copy of the invoice along with the reason for return and whether you require an exchange or a refund.

Goods for return or exchange must be returned unused within 7 working days of receipt

Postage cannot be refunded (with the exception of faulty goods).
For your own protection, we suggest you adequately pack and insure the returned goods against loss or damage in transit and use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.
We cannot accept responsibility for undelivered or damaged returned goods, any claims for undelivered goods must be made through the carrier that they were despatched with.

Your items are so cheap, are they genuine? 

 

ALL our items come with a 100% GENUINE OR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. The reason why some of our items are cheaper than other suppliers is due to the fact we don't have heavy overhead costs which a retail store would take on. We purely distribute our products which allows us to make large savings. This then enables us to pass cheaper prices on to our customers. 

 

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit/debit cards and Paypal payments through our website. As we use Paypal as our payment provider this provides our customers with the safest and most secure payment protection available online, with 100% comeback on all transactions.

We also accept payment via Cheque (made payable to Kicks Store Limited), Postal Order, Cash and Bank Transfer. (Please email us first if you wish to make payment by one of these methods so we have your order in writing).

Delivery Times

All items are usually shipped out on day of purchase. However if your item is not in stock, we will have to order your item in from our suppliers.

Delivery can then take up to 7 days. If you would like us to expedite your order we can express ship your order from our suppliers, cutting delivery times down to 3-5 days. There is an additional charge of £9.99 for this TNT service. Please click here to add this service to your order.

 

Postage & Packing

We provide a WORLDWIDE DELIVERY SERVICE for all orders.

We use APC, Royal Mail & FedEx for all our UK & international orders (UK next day service).

On day of dispatch, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email and a tracking number so you will be able to track the status of your order.
